Wind/Solar power BMS controller PV test

Setup two PVs in office.
Under two panel cascade open voltage is over 100V.
Big one PV OV-77V / Small one PV OV-41V.
Direct connect BMS controller's Solar-in.
Battery is 24V.

In 24V battery system saving current about 200mA.

The fail diy diary -4 ...final

Because friend want see Magnet Motor study case so I put final study status on blog for easy access.
Final structure partial will seem to like Howard Johnson Magnet Motor structure.

AC to DC rectifier bridge connect here.
Each AC phase usage one rectifier bridge then combine all rectifier bridge together.

This generator total usage 24 coils.
3 Phase and each phase with 8 coils.

DC motor 12V/2A driver generator easy reach 35V (DC motor @300rpm).

Setup inner coil.

Assembly all inner coils.

Test inner coils and make sure each pole of coils is correct.

Driving turntable by DC motor.

Prepare outside coiles asn coil rack.

Test all coils and make sure each pole of coils is correct.

Testing generator voltage and current by electric loader.

Estimate coil ability of generate power.

Buy a wood plate and find a position to set up turntable rack.

Turntable rack inner picture.

Finish Turntable rack setup.

Setup magnetic plate bottom layer.

Setup magnetic plate Top layer and estimate inner coil dimension.

Check have any object interference.
