你我聽的 TAD 是這阿姨做的!


即使揚聲器已關閉生產線自1966年以來,幾乎沒有任何媒體被邀請參觀設施。
下定決心,學習更多關於先鋒 TAD 難以捉摸...超級單體,
家庭影院月刊的編輯史蒂夫 最終獲得獨家訪問,並跋涉到Tohoku 工廠在 Tendo近郊 ,
來看TAD超級單體如何開發問世。
在大門之內,我們發現了一個小的團隊,致力於使這些龐大的箱子發聲。
事實上,她們手工量產製作的僅僅是極少數的揚聲器,但其中的音圈繞製和音圈裝配,鈹震膜組裝超過 20年。
揚聲器部門經理鈴木隆說:這是一個特別的工作。
甚至在先鋒TAD,很少人知道如何製造這揚聲器。鈴木隆解釋說:1990 已設計組裝和測試TAD的揚聲器,一個揚聲器單體有相當數量的特性和響應要測試,但工作是值得的。
我敢說,世界各地的專業音響工程師會同意我的說法。
其實,TAD生產線僅僅是Tohoku 廠的一小部分。開始是為 先鋒的 Carrozeria 汽車用揚聲器,計組裝和測試揚聲器而生產設製,而後研發團隊部分從 OELD 顯示部門整併,轉移在TAD 揚聲器一切技術創新後開始組裝和測試。
並以某種方式恰當,這影響力仍然影響對品牌前瞻性思維的高科技;接近該廠是東北先鋒的自動樂器博物館,令人印象深刻的,廣泛收集古董音樂盒,可以追溯到19世紀。
熱情的先鋒的創始人 Nozomu 松本說:這些都是複雜的工程傑作 - 就像TAD的R1S。


十多年來,三重鈴木一直組裝和測試TAD的揚聲器。她的一部分小團隊,負責為一些世界上最大的Hi - Fi組裝和測試套件....從製樣到量產TAD 1600-系列都經她手摸過!
1. Here the voice coil – an aluminium ribbon wire insulated in aluminum film – is attached to a TD-2001 high-frequency driver.
The ribbon is hand-wound onto a bobbin formed from a high-polymer compound that's heat resistance up to 400ºC,
providing a tolerance for high-energy input levels.


2. After attaching the voice coil to the bobbin, any excess glue is carefully wiped away…


3. Here, a voice coil wire is soldered to the lead wire on a TAD TL-1603 low frequency speaker.
The TL-1603 is designed to work with a maximum input of 500W.


4. A pure beryllium diaphragm is used to make the TD-2001 driver.
It's designed to give an extremely flat frequency response with outstanding transient response and high-fidelity imaging.
 Here, the voice coil assembly goes through final adjustment.


5. Every component in a TAD Reference One speaker has been optimized for performance,
making the models a favorite of sound engineers worldwide...圓狀物是compression driver 驅動器震膜.



6. A voice coil is attached to a TD-4001 rear -compression driver and cleaned.
One of the world's most lauded speaker designs, it can deliver stunning audio clarity.

Prepare two plastic turntable ,copper roller and drill holes
 for mount magnets installation on bottom side.


Top side insert magnets and setup magnetic pole.


Buy a cooking pot and modify it for suitable assembly turntable later.


Modify pot to be a magnet mount rack. 12 pcs alnico magnets will on this rack.


The magnet rack drill a big circle for embed a plastic turntable.



Embed together to find screw hole distance.


Finish assembly.



Try turntable rolling on magnetic floating platform and estimate distance of float.

ToyX project EQ Linearizer study ....Add Output transformer

First time just modify one channel and after A-B test decide to replace two channel together.
響應較佳 ,音像刻化, 音場,音色線條深刻都有更進一步, 自然.

德國 VALVO PL519    音場淺且後場有些交代不清,音像較凸出, 音色較厚些且硬一點. 
PL519 plate current over 220mA tuning to 150mA.


德國 SIEMENS PL519   7Khz~15Khz 響應較佳 ,音像刻化較深, 音場深,音色線條深刻化清楚, 且深動自然.

法國 MAZDA PL519  音場刻化較深, 但音色線條清瘦 ,空洞, 音色偏冷.

...離子高音
Acapella另一項特點就是離子高音(ION Tweeter),所謂離子高音是利用真空管昇壓放電產生電離發聲,由於沒有振膜,所以質量為零,高頻發聲完全沒有延遲,是非常理想的高音(或稱超高音)設計。雖然離子高音的設計原理近乎完美,可是怎麼沒有大量應用?道理不難理解:太貴了。Winters說Acapella的離子高音以西門子 PL519真空管震盪,裡面還有石英管做阻尼,大部分玩家都知道真空管有壽命,時間到了之帶該換,但可能很多人不知道,這根石英管也有壽命,使用年限大約十年,時間到了應該更換,以國內銷售Acapella的歷史來看,可能有些發燒友自家的離子高音應該換石英管了,如果有需求不妨與代理商洽詢,尋求正廠零件更新。
